About the Role:
Under general direction, you will manage digital banking products, services, and delivery channels from conceptual stages through research, development, marketing, training, sales programs, performance tracking, and the product life cycle in support of the Bank's strategic goals and objectives.
- Responsible for managing the portfolio of assigned products and research and development of new products for the product line.
- Responsible for evaluating and enhancing assigned actively sold and serviced products, identifying opportunities for revenue and performance enhancements, tracking profitability, and managing changes to assigned products. This includes evaluating the impact of regulatory changes, risk assessments, incorporating Bank initiatives, and customer needs analysis on new and/or enhanced products and services. Utilizes customer feedback, customer and industry surveys, associate input and analysis of competitor products and services.
- Responsible for maintaining awareness of new trends and developments in the market and with digital banking products by conducting competitive analysis, market assessments, and vendor evaluations, as well as researching feasibility of new products and delivery channels.
- Develop relationships and building roadmaps in partnership with business, risk, and technology stakeholders in order to guide prioritization

Assist with assessing and reporting on the effectiveness, revenue generation, market penetration, customer retention, usability and profitability of new and existing products and services. Measures and tracks the financial performance volume against established goals.

Assist with creation of business plans, business requirements, and assist in developing technical specifications for new products and services.
- Assist with leading projects and change management, including developing project plans, presentations, development of training material, communications and other information relation to product launch
- Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position and keep up to date on regulation changes.
- Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations that apply to your position.
- May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of product development, management, and/or operations experience, required.
- Intermediate ability to analyze assigned product line and industry trends (banking and/or digital) to optimize products to drive performance, penetration, and pricing.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Bank’s products and services, the infrastructural components that impact assigned products and services, bank policies, procedures, practices, and documentation.
- Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation skills, project management skills. Ability to train and present to small and large audiences or has the interest in learning to train and present.
- Proven ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company and with vendor partners to achieve positive customers experience and timely problem resolution.
- Intermediate knowledge of marketing and product development concepts and practices, product lines and potential applications, and customer requirements.
- Intermediate Regulatory and Compliance knowledge.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
