Summary:
To clean and sanitize equipment that was used during production and to assemble equipment for the following day’s production. Maintain an efficient work environment, promote teamwork and ensure we produce the highest quality dairy products available in the market place.
FOOD SAFETY
This position has shared responsibilities in maintaining this company’s SQF food safety and food quality system, complying with any applicable food regulations and striving for continuous improvements in all areas.
SAFETY
It is expected that this position participates in the company’s safety program and also play a role creating a safe working environment for everyone.
Essential Functions:
DAILY DUTIES
Clean each Paper filler and set up for CIP wash
Reassemble fillers after CIP
Wash pasteurized tanks as needed
Reassemble pasteurized tanks as needed
Collect wash samples from washes for lab
Sanitize milk room using foamer
Clean and sanitize all tools, pumps, and pipes that were used during production
Take garbage out as needed
Clean the pasteurize air blow and change the air filter
Change Vortex water in Parts Buckets
Other duties as assigned
WEEKLY DUTIES
Clean hallway floors and walls
Ster Bac entire milk room
Clean floor drains
MONTHLY DUTIES
Clean ceiling vent
Clean mezzanine and cat walk
Re-gasket all fillers
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. Reasonable accommodations may be made enabling individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
