Your responsibilities will include looking up things, relaying messages from phone calls and emails, driving me to meetings as needed, Updating my task tracking software, delivering and picking up orders, scheduling tasks, tracking birthdays and occasions of people I love, and taking notes from meetings, that I have, maintaining records, and performing additional tasks as assigned. Compensation:$15 to $19 hour based on experience
Responsibilities:- Take phone calls and emails and relay relevant information to streamline our processes
- Plan meetings, take notes and distributing meeting minutes to ensure we stay organized
- Keep track of filing systems for administrative tasks
- Do other assigned tasks as needed
- Run errands and pick up orders as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Applicants must have graduated high school or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, administrative assistant or a related job with administrative tasks
- Capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision
