Unscripted TV is not a typical 9-5, so we are looking for someone who understands this isn't just a job but a lifestyle. If you are the type of person who stays until the work is complete, is a true team player, wants to learn and grow our vertical, participates actively in discussions, is aware and abreast of what's happening in town and the unscripted space, and can share creative, articles and ideas as they come up, this is the job for you! We need a solid third to our tight two and want it to be someone who is as passionate about TV as a career and wants to learn, advance and grow as a group.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Assistant duties but not limited to scheduling and calls, notetaking, sending submissions, managing tracking grids, to-do lists and organizing.
- Communicating with Networks, Studios, ProdCos, Agencies and staff within the broader organization.
- Some involvement in creative processes: creating decks and pitch materials.
- Track project submissions and give brand-focused feedback on materials.
Here’s the experience you’ll need to bring:
- At least two years of administrative experience and one year of experience either in physical production (as an executive assistant) or in TV development.
- Must be MAC proficient with solid typing ability and skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- General understanding of the television development process and cycles.
- Knowledge of agencies, networks, and production companies.
- Must be a proven achiever and polished professional with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Proactive and can anticipate needs, manage stressful situations, and work well with various people.
- The ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and pay high attention to detail in a changing environment.
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
