Description
The Patient Transportation Supervisor provides oversight and supervision for the Patient Transportation/Guest Services unit in the absence of the Transport Manager. This position is responsible for providing first line supervision of inpatient and outpatient transport of patients to and from diagnostics units within the hospital. Duties include training, performance monitoring and initial disciplinary processes.Qualifications
High School diploma or GED. One (1) year experience in a customer service role with extensive use of telephones, pagers, and office support software as well as experience in a lead or supervisory role.
