Responsibilities
- Assists with food tray preparation during meal service hours.
- Cleans and washes dishes by hand or machine, including trays, silverware and pots and pans for morning, lunch and dinner meals.
- Ensures the sanitation of the kitchen work area by cleaning and washing machines, mopping floor, taking garbage to the dumpster.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dishroom and potsink work areas.
