Position Summary
The Under Armour Ecommerce App is the pinnacle destination for the focused performer athlete providing personalized shopping experiences that drive brand engagement and loyalty.
We are seeking an analytical and decisive Lead, Product Manager, iOS Experience who will help fueling the growth of our native mobile app through engaging and differentiated experiences for the Brand. Lead, Product Manager, iOS will be responsible for supporting the ecommerce and mobile app strategies, define & execute native iOS roadmap & features, make data-driven decisions and prioritize initiatives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- You will be a part of a close-knit team responsible for maintaining & enhancing Under Armour’s e-commerce native app experience.
- Collaborate with engineering, merchandising, delivery & UX leaders to identify initiatives, build a vision, and complete product discovery.
- The Lead, Product Manager will convert strategies into a differentiated product roadmap, informed by data, and focus on delivering key objectives that increase consumer engagement and connect our digital and physical experiences with cohesive DTC journeys.
- You will ensure integration and strategic fit within the broader platform and consumer journey. You work with cross-functional stakeholders regularly to identify and marshal resources as needed to be successful.
- Maintain and prioritize product backlog based on company goals & objectives, targeted audience, business value, and resource capacity.
- Conduct research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape to find ways to differentiate from the pack while maintaining a premium experience. Analyze performance data and consumer feedback to identify experience gaps and make informed product decisions accordingly.
- Represent the team in broader discussions to provide native app input, and communicate product vision, priorities, progress, and decision logic.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- You are passionate about great products and the consumer experience with a track record of delivering in a native app environment.
- You can define solutions for more complex user needs and are perceived by team members in both Design and Engineering as a leader in innovation.
- The ideal candidate drives the roadmap and manages multiple projects in flight over significantly different time horizons. They escalate project timelines and coordination of issues and are the primary negotiator for their team.
- You can set clear direction for teams, collaborate with peers, and motivate them to achieve goals.
- You are a great storyteller, able to build a strong product narrative which clearly articulates the motivation for the project, goals, and path to success. You can frame the problem and solution in a logical and organized manner in both written and verbal communication. You are comfortable in presenting to groups of people and can do so in a persuasive manner.
- You are an expert at building broad consensus across multiple product teams on overall product direction and influencing other teams' projects accordingly. You are an active owner of the overall project team(s) health and ensure that team morale is high.
- You are a strong app user who can identify ecommerce initiatives to differentiate the app experience.
Education And / Or Experience
- Minimum 5 years in native app software development roles (E-Commerce experience preferred)
- Proven ability to find answers to business questions via hands-on exploration of data and research.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to find answers to business questions via hands-on exploration of data and research.
- Experience in optimizing product features after release through data-driven iteration.
- You can design digital process flows for data and people and have familiarity with prototyping tools such as Zeplin, Figma or InVision.
- Ideally proficient in scrum/agile development methodologies and tools.
Other Requirements
- Travel: IE- 5-10% of the year
- Bachelor's degree in technology, marketing, math, or related discipline preferred.
- You have experience working with remote vendors, teammates, and customers in other countries.
- You are skilled at multi-tasking, prioritizing your work and problem solving.
- You are diligent in documenting and standardizing your work.
- You have experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, collaboration tools like Confluence and Roadmunk.
Salary and Relocation

- Base Compensation Range: $118,000 - $162,000
