Finance Business Partner

The Finance Business Partner is an integral member of a cross-functional team, serving as the finance subject matter expert on their respective projects. Partner with the Project Manager to monitor and control performance of the projects, ensuring project reporting to be accurate, insightful, and timely and is provided to the key project stakeholders. Conduct variance analysis on respective projects. Assess the impact of any risks and opportunities on the overall business performance. Ensure project finance issues are managed and addressed at the earliest opportunity with the objective of improving project financial performance. Deliver a monthly cash flow and working capital position, by project along with agreed action plans for achievement/improvement. Provide financial support for bids and proposals, reviewing cost estimates and ensuring that all the appropriate financial risks and opportunities are addressed. Working with the Business Controller provide input into the business unit Budget and Strategic Plan. Support internal and external audit processes as needed.
