What are the responsibilities and job description for the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE LOGISTICS SPECIALIST- REMOTE position at UNFI?
Purpose:
Primary responsibility to provide assistance to customers specific for order logistics management functions. Streamline the flow of communication between the customer and internal departments to increase customer satisfaction. Assist customers and sales with order processing and status. Troubleshoot order logistics challenges with the customer, Sales, Operations and Transportation. On call for afterhours customer experience logistics issue resolution supporting customers and sales. Provides support to customers and sales for Tier 1 issue troubleshooting and resolution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Primary customer experience contacts for Account Managers for logistic functions.
- Provides customer experience on an on-call basis for afterhours issue resolution.
- Streamline the flow of communication between the customer and internal departments within UNFI to increase customer satisfaction
- Assist with order management processes, , delivery status updates, and Tier 1 troubleshooting specific to issues with ordering processes (including ordering devices and Web functionality) for resolution with Operations, Transportation, IT and Sales.
- Courteously and promptly resolve customer questions and problems or properly refers them to appropriate personnel.
- Review and monitor Peoplenet to supply updated route progression and customer delivery ETA’s.
- Maintain tracking tools for service evaluation (such as call logs, delivery status, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Responsible to analyze data on files provided by Transportation specific to customer schedule change, including but not limited to the accuracy of details, both before and after, specific to each customer listed.
- Works with each Transportation team to make edits based on analysis and customer feedback for an optimal Customer Experience of the change and communication process.
Job Requirements:
Education/ Certifications/Experience:
- Associate Degree in related field or equivalent training and experience.
- 3-5 year’s customer experience related experience is required
- Experience prioritizing and/or manage time, projects, records etc.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting
- Product knowledge and industry terms related to UNFI required.
