Location: 1450 Commerce Blvd, Anniston, AL 36207
DUTIES:
- Invoice trips at appropriate times.
- Maintain correct customer mail shipped daily.
- Answer phones in a timely and professional manner and take and relay messages.
- Complete 210 report daily. (ROR from military and invoices from other customer groups)
- Scan ROR's to U drive file. Mail original to military sales.
- Complete available OS&D's, research, contact and maintain files.
- Take receiving appointments and enter data when needed.
- Monitor receiving window for inbound delivery drivers including pallet pick-up, etc.
- Cross train in both receiving and appointment scheduling and other clerical jobs as needed.
- Operates office machines such as the CRT system, desk calculator, and copy machine. Also, other clerical jobs as needed.
- Perform miscellaneous related duties as instructed.
- These responsibilities are not all inclusive. Other duties and responsibilities may occur and be assigned and be deemed necessary by management
Qualifications:
- Two years PC, computer and equipment use.
- Customer service experience
- Two years office experience
- High School diploma
- Business Education preferred
