What are the responsibilities and job description for the Airport Customer Service Supervisor - CID position at Unifi Aviation, LLC?
Essential Functions/ Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforces safe working habits in accordance with OSHA/TSA/DOT/USPS regulations, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
- Enforces company policies and procedures, including disciplinary action, and promotes Unifi policies on Equal Employment Opportunity, professional conducts, and diversity initiatives and investigates and responds to employee relations issues in a timely manner.
- Communicates with manager concerning any problems or issues.
- Assists in the administration of payroll; completes shift paperwork and preforms other administrative functions.
- Performs job duties of assigned shift (i.e., assist passengers through arrival and check-in process) Serve as an Escalation * as needed, (all other items are primary functions),
- Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for their position.
- Ensure Employees are established strong process, Weekly Training report sent to all leaders on OJT items both AW and BW
- Ensure Classes are posted from the different instructors and help drive engagement. Through text em all and any another means.
- Issue corrective actions to employees that do not maintain a satisfactory training record.
- Assist in the hiring process and recruitment process (Avature)
- Assist in hour management and observational compliance.
- Develop employees on good process' for training completion.
- Record local training as provided to include DL LMS, UA STC AW records, And follow up with leaders on observation checklist sign offs.
