Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Management: Oversee supply chain processes, including inventory management and distribution logistics.
• Vendor Relations: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and logistics service providers to optimize costs and ensure reliable delivery.
• Inventory Control: Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Production Support: Collaborate with production planning teams to forecast demand and coordinate logistics.
• Shipping and Receiving: Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of products.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international shipping and customs regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of logistics coordinators and warehouse personnel.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (5 years) in logistics management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the metal industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics software (ERP systems, warehouse management systems).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
