What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk position at Uniforce Staffing Solutions?
Our client, an international manufacturer of security technology devices, seeks a Help Desk or Technical Support professional to support customers with product connectivity and hardware/software issues. This is a full time contract position for 3 - 6 months. The company will train in the support of its specific hardware devices. In this role, you will:
- Work as part of a help desk or technical support team to provide support to business clients (not consumers)
- Phone and Remote Access Support
- Preform 1st / 2nd level troubleshooting on IP cameras, Network Video Recorders (NVRs), and Video Management Software (VMSs)
- Record technical solutions for trouble tickets in Zendesk
Required Experience 2 Years in:
- Experience in help desk / technical support / call center environment
- Previous Experience with Zendesk ticketing software
- Solid foundation on networking concepts. – COMPTIA A /CCNA preferred
- Prior experience in an in the technology product support industry

- Excellent problem solver; able to prioritize and coordinate between tasks
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills, both written, verbal
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST (Monday - Friday). 1st shift.
