We have an immediate opening for a Tractor Trailer House Driver. This position is responsible for customer deliveries with a flatbed trailer, operating a moffett, loading and unloading trucks.

Essential Functions:

• Transport finished goods and resale materials to and from manufacturing plants, distribution centers and residential sites
• Perform daily pre & post-trip inspections of your vehicle
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Collect and verify delivery confirmations

Qualifications/Requirements

• A Class A-CDL license with flatbed and moffet experience
• Must be familiar with the five boroughs of New York, and surrounding counties
• Strong customer relation skills are required
• Problem solving and math skills a must
• The ability to read and comprehend all shipping related documents
• Demonstrate sound mechanical ability with basic troubleshooting knowledge ·
• 3 years driving experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
