We recently expanded to include four safe, modern, and fully automated production facilities at Uxbridge, MA location and we are hiring Plant Laborers.
What you'll do:
- Operate, maintain and adjust various plant equipment including but not limited to raw material dosing, mixer, machine/press, and pallet transport systems and strapping systems
- Responsible for ensuring that the products produced and packaged meet or exceed the company quality standards
- Distinguish product colors and color blends
- Assist with the general cleanliness and tidiness of the immediate working area and all other work areas as directed by plant supervisors
- Perform the duties in a safe manner as outlined in our safety policies and procedures
What you need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Requires standing, stooping, reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate, maintain & adjust manufacturing equipment
- Team-oriented individual with a strong, self-directed work ethic
- Requires consistent and reliable attendance
