The Project Manager (PM) is an instrumental role in the company. The PM supports all aspects of the Unimacts plant operations. The PM supports customer calls, helps define the best solution for the customer and takes responsibility for execution of that solution in our operations. The PM oversees and manages the profitability of projects by managing costs and resources to meet company cost targets, collaborating with the Plant Operations to implement new manufacturing processes and improvements to existing processes.
The PM is responsible to review project objectives and budgets, provide MS Project Plans, utilize existing resources, and identify new resources needed to carry out new projects. The PM must collaborate with various teams within the corporate team and plant teams to meet project deadlines within cost targets. The PM manages the project technical specifications. This includes responding to queries from customers and suppliers as well as reconciling differences and obtaining customer approval of any non-conformances throughout the manufacturing processes. The PM collaborates with the QC team for the FAI, PPAP, or other customer documentation and approval processes once contracts are awarded.
NOTE: In this role, the PM will be working from the Las Vegas plant and be traveling as required.
