What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Unique Pool Management?

Unique Pool Management is looking for an office assistant to join the team this summer! As an office assistant you will be responsible for the following:

  • General office tasks (printing, copying, etc.)
  • Answering and directing phone calls and texts
  • Scheduling lifeguards and time keeping
  • Acting as the first line of communication between lifeguards and technicians/cleaners
  • Assisting the residential department periodically (with phone calls and scheduling)

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from our main office
  • Availability on weekends and evenings when necessary
  • Lifeguarding or Pool experience not necessary, but definitely a plus. (This is a great job for a former lifeguard or current lifeguard looking to get out of the field!)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

We offer flexible scheduling and can work around most schedules! Weekends and summer holidays (Labor Day, Fourth of July, and Memorial Day) are required (with half days available on holidays if permissible).

This is a seasonal position. Advancement available at the end of the summer season with the potential to become a year-round, salaried position (offering medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, and year round bonuses.
