$2,000 Sign on Bonus
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers with friendly and positive attitude
- Meet daily pick-up and delivery schedule
- Detecting freight damages at the time of pick-up
- Data entry via hand device
- Working in tandem with the company policies
- Maintain company vehicle appearance
- Completing all tasks as assigned by the dispatcher
- Use of hand truck, pallet jack and forklift
- Assist with unloading and loading trailers
- Assist wherever needed to help generate revenue
Skills and Specifications
- Safety conscious is a must
- Organized and a strong communicator
- Punctual and Focused
- Familiar with receiving and shipping processes
- Flexible with a willingness to assist in any area (For example – drive a truck as well as a box truck when applicable)
- Be able to meet deadlines and deliver their shipments on time to the correct place in good condition
- Friendly and positive customer skills
Qualifications
- High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
- Pass Background Check / Drug Screen
- Class A driver with about 2-3 years of experience
- Able to work full-time, weekends and nights includes
- Valid Class A Driver License
- Able to work in a warehouse environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
