Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line support to the TMS users, identifying and resolving technical issues as they arise
- Monitor the TMS system, identifying any errors, bugs, or issues that arise and working to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal IT and external vendors to maintain and improve the TMS system, identifying potential enhancements or upgrades
- Act as the first point of contact for all TMS-related queries, working with users to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide training and support to new TMS users, ensuring they are thoroughly familiar with the system's functionality.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, ensuring that any changes or updates are fully documented and communicated to relevant parties
- Actively participate in the testing and implementing of new TMS system features and functionality, ensuring that any changes are thoroughly tested and communicated to stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance and availability of the TMS system, proactively identifying potential issues and working to mitigate any risks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong focus on WMS systems
- Experience with TMS systems.
- Experience in writing SQL queries to extract data from TMS systems.
- Understanding of warehouse management processes and concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail
