Your Mission
Ownership and organization mean as much to you as they do to us. As Office Coordinator, you will serve as the face and voice of Unison, being on the front lines of answering phones, helping our internal teams, and making our visitors feel at Home. You’ll handle a variety of responsibilities, including answering the phones and managing catering in addition to acting as a support for the People Team.
Within 1 month, you’ll:
- Have an understanding of how Unison is revolutionizing residential real estate
- Answer our phones, provide a great customer experience, and know where to accurately direct calls
- Be able to collect, sort and process our mail
- Help with onboarding new employees by processing parking contracts, employee badges, and building access
- Help to coordinate employee events and activities
- Understand our office needs and work with our vendors to order supplies, food, and other needs as they arise
- Begin building relationships with our amazing team
Within 3 months, you’ll:
- Be an expert on our company culture and brainstorm ways to reflect this in our office and through our facilities
- Have built relationships with with our building’s management team and understand their processes and procedures
- Be assisting with special projects for the People Team such as building presentations, working on excel documents, and acting as a thought partner

- Experience working at a front desk, as an office coordinator or assistant, or as an administrative assistant
- A great get-it-done personality and the ability to be ‘the glue that holds it together’
- A passion for organization, efficiency, and communication
- Professional and approachable presence, energetic and friendly, positive attitude, team-oriented, self-starter with good problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels within an organization including executives, vendors, customers, and partners
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
