THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Director of Card Operations to join our growing team and drive impact across our company. The role is based in New York City and reports to the SVP Success.
The Business Operations Manager manages a team that supports all operations within Unit’s Success team, including onboarding new clients, configuring client accounts, and advising on client product development. The team is responsible for helping Unit scale up effectively while continuing to deliver an excellent client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helping clients manage elements of their product roll-out, particularly with respect to card design, setup, and issuance;
• Managing day-to-day operations with our key vendors (e.g. Visa, card printers);
• Serving as a subject matter expert on all aspects of client card programs, and as a point of contact for escalated client queries.
• Constantly improving our processes to drive better outcomes for our clients.

This role comes with a significant amount of responsibility from Day 1 and requires the successful candidate to be determined, organized, and detail-oriented.
