Currently seeking Commercial Plumbers or Licenced Commercial Plumber for a job in Belle Chasse Louisiana. A current Louisiana Journeyman Licence is a big plus More per Hou r but not required.
The ideal candidate must have verifiable commercial plumber experience with PVC, CPVC, Cast Iron, and Copper. This is Temp to Permanente job with full benefits.
Responsibilities of the Commercial Plumber :
- Plumber must be able to cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring)
- Plumber will Install and maintain water supply systems
- Plumber needs to locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks.)
- Plumber must be able to repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.
- Plumber must repair domestic appliances (e.g. washing machines) and fixtures (e.g. sinks) etc.
- Plumber must install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems (air-conditioning units, radiators, etc.)
- Plumber must install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems.
Requirements of the Journeyman Plumber
- Commercial Plumber experience required
- Experience with PVC, CPVC, Cast Iron and Copper
- Ability to read, write and verbally communicate effectively
- Ability to perform basic math functions Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Able to work easily and skillfully with all tools and materials
- Have your own tools and transportation
- Organized with good time management skills
- Must be dependable and willing to complete the project from start to finish
