What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Analyst position at Unite Us?
About the Role:
The Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of our internal and external compliance program with a focus on supporting our internal team on updating and maintaining our compliance program. As a Compliance Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert for our internal team on opportunities with potential customers and partners (including requests for proposals, written security assessments, and audits). This role will report to the VP Compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Update, review, and implement processes and policies to maintain and further develop Unite Us’ compliance program
- Review and complete written security assessments from potential customers and partners
- Provide compliance support on opportunities with potential customers, including drafting responses to requests for proposals regarding our compliance program
- Establish effective working relationships and build credibility within Unite Us to support a continued and scalable culture of ethics and compliance
- Develop and maintain product, regulatory, and operational knowledge regarding our full product suite, with particular focus on compliance and security certification requirements
- Support the delivery of targeted compliance training and communications for internal stakeholders

- Exceptional ability to organize, plan, and project manage initiatives based on company priorities, and work independently to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience collaborating across teams and establishing and maintaining process workflows to support accountability
- Experience in the healthcare, technology, or social care industry is preferred but not required

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is remote, U.S. based only
- The target pay range for this role is: $78k-85k. This salary range represents our national target range for this role. Some geographic areas may have higher target ranges.
