```Duties```
- Recruit and enroll prospective students by providing accurate and comprehensive information about the institution and its programs
- Conduct campus tours and participate in recruitment events to attract potential students
- Assist students with the application process, including reviewing applications and supporting documentation
- Provide academic advising to students, helping them select appropriate courses and develop educational plans
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for students from admission to enrollment
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status using Ellucian or similar systems
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in education administration
```Skills```
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively educate and persuade individuals
- Experience working with students in an educational setting, providing guidance and support
- Proficiency in using Ellucian or similar student information systems to manage student records
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of academic advising principles and practices
- Comfortable with public speaking engagements, such as presenting information sessions or representing the institution at college fairs
