About the Account Executive Role:
You’re an inquisitive, collaborative, and buttoned up Account Executive who is able to manage projects from end to end as a part of a highly productive cross-functional team.
The role will be a key part of the team continuously striving to deliver flawless work for a technology and entertainment brand (Comcast/Xfinity) and client who has high expectations with award-winning work that drives results.
What We Want You To Do
Work with the Account team on designated projects at the brand-corporate level and regionalized efforts, to lead & assist in managing internal teams through effective communication and facilitating projects.
Be a go-to person to direct the team on logistics and/or find the necessary people to keep the projects on track.
Be a master of the clients’ category and business to provide key learnings to the internal team; including, competitive analysis and industry trends.
Work alongside the Account team collaborating with fellow Account Executives, Account Supervisor, and Group Account Director to oversee internal day-to-day client management; including, production, status reports, time, and budget/cost control.
Lead and assist in creative development through the post-production process of campaigns, collaborating with a diverse team of Strategists, Creatives, and Producers, with an eye on metrics and how we are measuring success.
Work with Account managers and Finance on client reporting, billing, and ongoing process improvements.
Build up sources of information relevant to your work (for example industry publications, research tools, competitive trackers) to stay plugged into the business and our client’s business.

- Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and being able to easily pivot and adapt to fast-paced workload.
- Understanding of the advertising industry ebbs & flows and thus having the flexibility to adjust for long work dependent on project needs through various stages.
- A love of popular culture and strong awareness of cultural trends.
- Expert in managing integrated campaigns including but not limited to: TV/OLV, radio/OLA, digital display (animated, static, ad-hoc), social (Paid, Organic), and print.
Requirements
2 years experience in agency Account Management (experience with National & Regionalized efforts a plus).
Bilingual Spanish: Ability to read and comprehend creative storylines.
Must work on-site at our beachfront office in partnership with Strategy and Creative teams.
Additional Information
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
