Description
Under the direction of the Developmental Services Office Manager, the Data Entry Assistant will engage in computer administrative tasks to support the administrative and clinical staff within the division.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Windows skills
• Two years of experience preferred
Availability:
Full time, 40 hrs. per week. Monday - Friday
Requirements
DATA ENTRY:
Provide services in a respectful, friendly, and professional manner that reflect the values of Developmental Services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: entering invoices into databases and the Electronic Medical Record (EMR); running reports for service utilization and creating databases for these reports; creating relevant dashboards within the division, monitoring and tracking data from ARIS Solutions; assist with building encounter data modifiers in the EMR; and engage in other tasks as directed by supervisor and/or Division Director.
ADMINISTRATION:
Create and file eligibility documentation for the division; create and distribute budget forms and letters according to the Developmental Disabilities Services Division (DDSD) guidelines; complete and track Peer Review data within the EMR; manage the Flexible Family Funding Program (FFF) and the Family Managed Respite Program (FMR) and all of their administrative components in compliance with DDSD regulations; complete clinical authorizations for DS Case Managers; and engage in other tasks (i.e. filing and scanning) as directed by supervisor and/or Division Director. May serve as a backup for the front desk staff when necessary.
RECORD KEEPING:
Collects and distributes data as required by the division. Completes Developmental Services and agency paperwork including, but not limited to, submitting accurate daily and weekly time sheets, expense sheets, and monthly documentation in a timely manner. Keeps accurate records according to DDSD regulations and submits timely reports to the state each quarter.
NETWORKING:
Provides requested information to other staff and professionals in a professional confidential manner. Attends staff meetings to disseminate requested data as appropriate. Works with clients and families confidentially in the management of the FMR and FFF programs.
