JOB SUMMARY:
PURPOSE OF JOB:
This position is responsible for processing consumer loan files, sending titles to auctions, cancelling registrations, processing toll violations and recall notices, distributing the maturity report and supporting the Operations Department.
JOB DUTIES:
Consumer Loans
- Update new files.
- Follow for new titles confirming proper lien securitization.
- Process sale paperwork as needed.
- Send titles to consumers.
Plate & Registration Cancelations
- Monitor and compare registration reports monthly.
- Search to find any leases that have moved states or have been sold.
- Cancel the plates and/or registrations.
Maturity Report
- Create weekly Maturity Report, or more often as directed by management.
- Distribute report to Corporate Account Executives on the Sales team to handle each maturing lease assigned to them.
Toll Violations and Recall Notices
- Identify, process, and bill toll violations.
- Identify and mail Recall Notices to customers.
Send Titles to Auctions
- Obtain lien releases.
- Send titles to auctions
General
- Ensure prompt and regular attendance.
- Perform other appropriate duties as may be assigned by Management.
- Travel as business needs may require.

Education:
- High school diploma is minimally required.
Experience:
- 3 years of clerical experience is minimally required.
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies:
- Knowledge of vehicle title and licensing procedures is preferred.
- Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
