Inside Sales/Telemarketing - No Experience Required

Job Description

United Legal Group is a third-party collection agency looking to immediately hire a professional self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented sales and telemarketing team members. A minimum of 2 years' experience in service-based sales and marketing is preferred, but no experience is required (Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but is not required). The schedule is Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week depending on workload. Pay is hourly (based on experience), plus monthly commission (with room to grow).

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Manage a client database consisting of active and potential clients

· Prepare and e-mail/fax/mail documentation to and from clients

· Cultivate lasting, trusting relationships with all current and new clients

· Take incoming calls and calling out to clients

· Quick, easy, and convenient auto-dialer to ensure a high call volume

· Client retention and acquisition

· Paid training is provided

Qualifications and Skills:

· Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

· Typing speed of 35 WPM

· High School Diploma/GED or higher
