Position type: W2 Employee

Pay - $17/hr uncapped sales & commission potential.

In this role, you will be expected not only to be the subject matter expert for all electronic repairs within your assigned store but also to excel in Customer service and sales.

As a Lead, you will be expected to:

• Drives sales and customer service metrics by motivating Technicians, holding them accountable for their performance, and providing consistent and targeted feedback.
• Demonstrates an understanding of sales behaviors and resources and customer service best practices. Ensures Technicians are knowledgeable about the Connected Home product, and Serve, Solve, and Sell in every customer interaction.
• Training and development of Tech team.
• POC for dispatched technicians
• Deployment of new processes
• Attending daily/weekly meetings with Operational leadership

As a Retail and Repair Tech, you will be expected to:

• Learn and apply the details of the Connected Home product, how to gain an understanding of the customer's technology, and how to offer and sell protection/tech support solutions to customers to meet their needs.
• Confers with customers to determine the nature of problems or to explain repairs.
• Fixes devices, processes cracked glass, and tests devices before and after repairs.
• Bring sales experience to consistently sell the Connected Home product and Serve, Solve, and Sell on every customer interaction.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor in previous jobs.
• Experience in sales and customer service is highly recommended.
• Experience with device repair (Computer, laptop, tablet, phones, hardware, and/or software), and replacement of phone screen LCD are required.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move items that weigh more than 50 pounds.
• This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm Sunday 12 pm to 5 pm. Schedules will vary per week.

Deal-Breaker Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• A background check and drug screening are required.
• Working hours must be flexible, including weekends and evenings.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
