In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience at the GS 14 grade level which includes: 1) Formulates strategic organizational goals, plans, policies, procedures, and work plans dealing with the development and operation of organization-wide mission functions and activities; 2) Developing, coordinating, managing, and implementing programs, policies, and procedures in support of organizational operations mission and objectives; 3) Briefing and advising leadership and organization staff regarding status of operations programs, projects, and organizational events; AND 4) Performing the full-range of supervisory duties to include assigning work, advising subordinate supervisors regarding policies and programs, selection of new employees, hears and decides on grievances and disciplinary measures, and evaluates employees performance.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14).

Salary : $155,700 - $183,500
