Position Timeframe: Full-Time, April 4, 2022 through June 30, 2022

Whether you work in Merchandising, Operations, Championship or Ticketing, you will gain valuable experience and see firsthand how an exemplary golf championship is run.
What You Can Expect:
Two (2) short term interns are needed for a Full-Time Internship from April 4, 2022 through June 30, 2022 to work in the Ticketing office in Far Hills, NJ, as well as travel onsite for the various 2022 USGA Championships, e.g. Pine Needles, N.C., Brookline, M.A., and Bethlehem, P.A.
The purpose of the positions is to learn and assist with all aspects of the U.S. Open Championships fan customer service and experience including the on-site Will Call function. Once on-site, you will be credentialed as a USGA Staff member as we prepare and manage the Ticket Office Operations around the course.
Additional Duties Include:
- Assist the ticketing office with day-to-day functions
- Learn the AXS system of ticket inventory and customer management
- Respond and take action on emails and calls from current and potential ticket buyers
- Assist with various championship ticket distribution
- Serve as the main contact for customer service for all customer inquires
- Help with the ticket and credential fulfillment
- Assist with credential production - cropping photos, quality control and distribution
- Assist with special projects and mailings
- Travel during the months of May & June
- Able to work long hours, nights and/or weekends as necessary

This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Intern may perform other duties as assigned. Please note that housing is not provided for interns in Far Hills, NJ but that housing will be provided while on-site at various USGA Championships destinations.
