Brief Job Overview
AR Business & Credit Analyst reports to the Manager, Accounts Receivable and is responsible for AR
data analytics, AR reporting, credit functions and the support of collections. AR Analyst will perform
daily operational tasks such as assigning salesforce cases, Customer Master Data maintenance,
dashboard creation and monitoring, credit application decisioning and credit maintenance. AR Analyst
will analyze data and make suggestions to leadership to increase efficiency and implement
improvements.
How will YOU create impact here at USP?
Responsible for maintaining customer master data integrity. Analyze data to make
recommendations for mitigating risks associated with customer payment behavior.
Analyze revenue and AR data to create monthly AR metrics for CFO Dashboard and AR
Operational KPIs.
Design and build AR reporting.
Develop AR and cross departmental training and team collaborations to address "pain points"
within the organization.
Reviews & processes credit applications using web-based tools and conducts financial analysis
for smaller exposures to determine creditworthiness of new and existing customers along with
communicating credit decisions to customers and staff.
Sort and assign Salesforce cases/mailboxes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Always adheres to Global Finance Cultural Statement & Operating Principles.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Who USP is Looking For?
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to

with stakeholders, along with the following competencies and experience:
Bachelors degree in business, Accounting or relevant field required.
3 years performing AR functions for a global organization
Demonstrated experience running reports, doing analysis, and compiling metrics and dashboards.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Advanced Excel Skills)
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced Environment.
ERP experience with mid to large financial applications
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Additional Desired Preferences
Demonstrated experience with critical thinking.
Salesforce Experience
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
Proficiency in using and interpreting agency credit reports (D&B Credit platform)
Financial statement analysis experience
Knowledge of financing tools (letters of credit and bank guarantees)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
The ability to influence without direct authority.
Results driven with demonstrated successful outcomes.
Ability and desire to work well with diverse employees and customers in a cooperative and
friendly manner.
Able to work flexible hours when needed.
