Job Posting for Customer Service Representative at United Tax Services

United Tax is looking for a responsible person to work as a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist/Office Assistant/Call Center

Qualified Person will work closely with CPAs, EAs and Tax Preparers.

Person must have good English communication skills.

Must be able to handle walk-in clients, over the phone clients and tax preparers simultaneously.

Most importantly, must be great in working in a tax office and a great Team Player.

Job includes but not limited to:

  • Greeting Clients
  • Answering Phones
  • Taking Messages
  • Assemble clients tax papers for data entry
  • Keeping office supplies fully stocked
  • Filing (physical & virtual)
  • Maintain client portal
  • Admin work for clients and preparers
  • Scan, Copy, Print & Mail tax documents
  • Proactively make calls to identified prospects in a call center setting
  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
  • Record all communication, sales and lead qualification activity into CRM system

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
