Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a dedicated resource for our key large business client GEHA
- Provide end-to-end clinical quality life cycle consulting services to this external client to improve clinical operation, and HEDIS scores for all segments of clinical operations including the GEHA clinical operations shared services model
- This includes the quality technology solutions, service solutions, data solutions, product implementation, HEDIS strategy and consultation, service optimization, regulatory consultation, and preparedness
- Acts as primary liaison between the external client, other UMR functional teams and the clinical operations teams to ensure exceptional handling of the client’s needs
- Considered Clinical Operations Quality HEDIS leadership which is contractually required by client to support overall quality oversight

Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of working experience with people management with demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- 5 years of experience working in a complex matrixed work environment with competing priorities
- Experience with analyzing HEDIS metrics or Functional SME for HEDIS reporting
- Systems analysis experience
- Project management experience in a managed healthcare setting
- Working knowledge of HEDIS/CAHPS standards, implementation, strategy, and quality improvement compliance activities
- Proven ability to write clearly composed documentation for business requirements documentation as well as information that will be distributed to auditors
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Proven exceptional analytical and data representation expertise
- Ability to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in primary state of residence
- Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
- Experience using collaboration and diplomacy to work as part of a matrixed, inter-disciplinary team
- Experience with content creation, storytelling, and ability to define key takeaways for clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders
- Solid executive presence and client-facing skills; Customer-oriented
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Self-motivated; able to manage several projects at once
- Skilled at engaging decision-makers and stakeholders by presenting compelling real-time reports
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills, including use of PowerPoint

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $104,700 to $190,400 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
