Configuration Analysts (CA) perform setup and administration of low/no code application configuration. Assist in the application set up and configuration for new and revised codes, templates, data collection tools, and process flows in LHI's internal information systems. Assist with the quality assurance and testing processes to ensure that the low/no code application configuration satisfies end user requirements. Lead smaller configuration initiatives and oversee configuration work.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Able to write basic requirements for configuration requests and assist others in understanding the requirements
• Ensure BLIs are following the correct flow to the release of the configuration
• Maintain administrative and customer configuration rules and codes as well as perform setup and configuration for all other entities and functional areas of LHI’s applications
• Be competent in the testing of basic configuration implementations, as well as guide junior configuration analysts in these efforts
• Have a proficient knowledge of configuration within the enterprise applications and complete configuration accurately based on the business requirements
• Able to test basic configuration with minimal supervision to ensure quality implementation
• Effectively communicate and provide assistance on small to medium sized initiatives to coordinate implementation efforts as well as work with senior CA team members on larger projects
• Write basic queries without guidance and develop a deeper understanding of joins and where clauses to assist with more complex testing needs
• Provide mentorship to junior CAs on basic configuration requests

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field combined with a minimum 1 year business experience (Equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience will be considered)
• Basic understanding of database structures with the ability to learn the concepts of software setup, configuration, and customization as well as a basic understanding of relationships between database tables
• Able to learn and comprehend complex business processes that cross multiple operational units in order to support LHI business initiatives
• Understanding of Agile principles including Scrum and Kanban
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• United States Citizenship 
• Ability to obtain favorable adjudication following the submission of Defense Health Agency eQuip Form SF86

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other major with MIS emphasis combined with previous work experience, military experience, or project experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail is essential as are good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Understanding of complex database structures and relationships (tables, joins, key fields)
• Corporate experience with large database applications
• Experience with Structured Query Language, MS SQL Server, or other relational databases
• National Career Readiness Certificate

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $21.68 to $38.56. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $23.94 to $42.40.
