If you are located in Pacific Time Zone, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges
Primary Responsibilities:
Capitation revenue reporting from multiple different health plans, with an understanding of how each line of business operates and its payment methodology
Demonstrate aptitude for critical thinking in complex situations with the ability to synthesize ambiguous data into concrete results
Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results with comparisons to accruals by health plan and product
Research month over month variances to see trends in membership and revenue
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in conjunction with Accounting and Forecasting processes
Work closely with business leadership in recommending and establishing strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies
Produce clear, well-formatted reports that provide valuable knowledge for stakeholders
Accurately and concisely convey verbal financial information to business leaders
Leverage technology to streamline and improve reporting activities. (SQL, Excel)
Able to meet month end deadlines with Accounting
Must be a motivated self-starter and takes initiative to learn

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3 years of relevant financial analysis or accounting experience
Progressive financial work experience
MS Excel, MS Office product suite, SQL, and other technology tools
Must be able to work PST
Preferred Qualification:
Experience with financial analysis or accounting experience in healthcare or health plan capitation

California, Washington, and Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for California, Washington, and Nevada residents is $56,300 to $110,400.
