Responsible for the daily support of the sales function to minimize the administrative work of producers. Responsibilities include analyzing and reporting sales data, communicating changes to sales plans, providing knowledge about customers and competitors, communicating pricing data, and managing the operational logistics of sales meetings and activities. Works closely with sales and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting sales recruiting, goal setting, training and onboarding, troubleshooting order processing issues and producer requests, and sales-related information systems and procedures.
This position is full-time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 5701 Katella Ave Cypress, CA 90630.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Extensive work experience within own function
- Work is frequently completed without established procedures
- May act as a resource for others
- May coordinate others activities
- Works independently
- Printing out kits
- Pulling summaries
- Pulling any kind of out of state material a group would require
- They are the backbone for the service department
- They may even be doing special projects for the team

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1 years of customer service or related worked experience
- 1 years of experience in strategy and problem solving
- Ability to obtain a state life/health insurance license within 6 months of employment, UHG will take care of cost
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets and formulas), Microsoft Word (creating documents) and Microsoft Outlook (drafting emails, calendar management)
- Ability to work onsite in 5701 Katella Ave Cypress, CA.
