As a Salesforce Administrator you will work with a team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Manage and coordinate production related activities with a production engagement team in diverse set of roles, including onshore and offshore resources.
Ensure timely resolution of all production issues and/or service requests meeting or exceeding SLA’s Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
Identify and implement application improvement and/or efficiency initiatives
Provide direction to other team members as needed
Assist managing the delivery of service requests and small projects
Coordinate and oversee production deployment activities
Support communications for high priority incidents and changes
Coordinate / manage resolution for any identified security vulnerabilities
Coordinate / manage operational status meetings with IT and Business resources
Manage and communicate project budget throughout the lifecycle of the support project

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
2+ years of experience as a SalesForce.com administrator
2+ years of application development and/or application support experience
1+ year of experience leading project teams
SalesForce.com Administrator certified
Experience working in a project-focused team environment
Ability to be on-call for High Priority incidents as needed during off business hours
Experience with Service Management Tools
Experience with Performance Monitoring tools

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
