Senior Internal Audit Analyst - Telecommute

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Client Audit Manager within OptumRx
• Manage external commercial client audits end to end, from intake to research of claim samples to responding to draft reports 
• Follow internal procedures as it relates to the audit process 
• Read and interpret plan design documents and PBM service agreements 
• Research historical claims on the RxClaim platform 
• Respond to written audit reports from outside Consulting / Auditing firms 
• Build relationships with both internal and external partners 
• Lead pre-implementation audits, including intake and running of test claims 
• Update audit tracking database as well as individual audit project plans to provide status

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree 
• 3 years of experience in PBM, healthcare or related industry 
• Experience in internal audit or project management 
• Intermediate proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Powerpoint) 

Preferred Qualifcation:

• Knowledge of RxClaim

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $54,400 to $97,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $60,000 to $106,700. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
