The Solutions Management team is responsible for driving the solution design, evolution, and overall profitability of the portfolio of technology-enabled clinical and care management programs for core service lines for naviHealth to improve value created for naviHealth, patients, current customers, and go to market growth strategy. The team will also be responsible for partnering with the New Solutions and Business Development teams to ensure an integrated go to market customer, patient and provider experience as new solutions scale through solution maturity.
As a member of the Solutions Management team, the Solutions Manager plays a critical role in executing the overall solution strategy for naviHealth’s core inpatient post-acute care (IP-PAC) service lines of business including Health Plan & PGP Medicare Advantage Plans and Value Based Contracts (Bundles, ACO, and Direct Contracting Entities). The Solutions Manager will collaborate with cross functional teams across the enterprise to manage the discovery, ideation and execution of the core IP-PAC offerings identified initiatives in support the company’s purpose of improving the healthcare experience for seniors to live a more fulfilling life.
This role will work with an array of internal and external stakeholders and acts as an intermediary between customers, internal functional teams, and the digital product team to drive enhancements and modifications with the core IP-PAC service lines of business using data-driven insights to help solve business problems and improve the value created for naviHealth, patients, and customers.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand naviHealth’s business and how the core solutions can be enhanced to better support long term growth and achieve expected clinical and financial outcomes
- Define business rationale, associated solution workflows and digital product features for identified enhancements or modifications within assigned core IP-PAC lines of business
- Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders to prioritize and deliver solution enhancements to meet the needs of naviHealth’s business and customers
- Clearly communicate solution ideas, value statements and business justification across all levels of the organization for enhancements or customer required changes
- Convey high level business value and features to Digital Product Owners and other functional owners for development execution
- Develop operational plans with measurable contribution towards the achievement of operational and company KPIs
- Monitor and synthesize competitive market trends and opportunities to enhance value delivery of core business solutions
- Document and maintain repository for all solution overviews, specification documents, standard workflows, and customer specific modifications
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested
- Ability to travel as required

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office products and applications, with particular emphasis on PowerPoint and visual communication
- Demonstrated analytic acumen, ability to leverage data to drive decision making and improve outcomes
- Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and then translate them for less technical audiences while simultaneously being able to dive into the details when needed

- Master’s Degree
- Healthcare experience
- Self-driven with solid sense of urgency, requires minimal oversight to drive initiatives to closure
- Organized with demonstrated ability to establish priorities, hold cross functional partners accountable and ultimately achieve results
- Solid communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to drive consensus across a wide group of stakeholders
- Able to work comfortably and effectively in a rapidly evolving environment and convert ambiguity to clarity

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
