Account Sales Specialist


Location: Remote
InsuraTec Services Group, a leading provider of financial and insurance services, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Account Sales Specialists. As an Account Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, promoting our insurance products, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a commission-only position with the flexibility of remote work and virtual engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their insurance needs.
  • Promote and sell insurance products to potential clients.
  • Work with leads provided by the company, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Maintain a high level of transparency, integrity, and diversity in all interactions.
  • Be relentless in pursuing sales goals and targets.

Requirements:

  • Must obtain the necessary insurance license (training provided).
  • No prior experience required; self-paced training will be provided.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-motivated individual with a passion for sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote, virtual environment.
  • Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
