Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective account management and customer support.
• Retain and grow the client base by providing excellent service and coverage options tailored to their needs.
• Drive sales by reaching and exceeding established sales targets, focusing on life insurance sales.
• Utilize provided leads and marketing support to generate new business without cold calling or door-to-door approaches.
• Collaborate with our team and use a process-driven approach to formulate effective sales strategies.
• Must obtain a life insurance license and provide underwriting support, addressing queries related to underwriting.

Requirements:

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a relentless pursuit of achieving sales goals.
• Strong commitment to integrity, transparency, and diversity in customer interactions and service provision.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment with a flexible schedule and self-paced training.
• Familiarity with financial planning and financial services is a plus.
• Full-time commitment on a commission-only compensation structure.
