Job Description:
As a Remote National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving insurance sales and providing excellent client support. This is a commission-only position that offers a flexible work schedule, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We believe in work-life balance and providing a supportive environment for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on insurance sales and client relationship management.
  • Work with provided leads – no cold calling or door-to-door sales.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Complete required training and obtain necessary insurance licenses (training provided).
  • Maintain a self-paced and self-motivated work ethic.
  • Uphold the values of transparency, integrity, and diversity in all interactions.
  • Be relentless in your pursuit of sales success.

Requirements:

  • Must obtain an insurance license (training provided).
  • No prior experience required – we welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds.
  • Full-time commitment.
  • Strong self-motivation and dedication to achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote/virtual environment.
