Non-Local: $46.07/hr ($21.99/hr taxable $24.08/hr per diem)
Local (within 50 miles): $36.60/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Medical/Surgical care to join our team for a 3-month contract in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical setting, who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing top-tier patient care.

Shift Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week
• 18:45 - 07:15 (Nights)
• 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure well-coordinated care.
• Execute physician and nursing orders with precision.
• Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Two professional references required.

Certifications & Clearance:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Certification preferred.

Compensation:

• Non-local rate: $46.07/hr (includes a $4.56/hr reward on non-local rates).
• Local rate: $36.60/hr (for candidates within a 50-mile radius).
