What are the responsibilities and job description for the PROS Program Assistant position at Unity House of Troy?
Northeast Career Planning a Division of Unity House of Troy is seeking a full time Program Assistant to join our Menands location.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide administrative support for our busy PROS program
- Greet and assist all visitors, consumers and staff in a positive and professional manner
- Learning and maintaining different databases systems
- Screening in coming calls and transfer to appropriate parties
- Using a multi- phone systems
- All forms of clerical work; faxing, emailing, filing and copying
Requirements: Associates degree in Human Service or related field, 1 yr. administrative experience, prior experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred. It would be helpful if you have experience working in a medical setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as you will be assisting consumers with their needs as well as working with all staff members. Valid NYS Driver License and acceptable driving record in accordance with our liability insurance.
