We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Business Development Coordinator to join our brand-new service operations team in the Blue Springs area. As the fastest growing automotive dealer group in Kansas City, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and top-notch automotive services to our clients.
The Service Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for generating appointments and developing new business opportunities for our service operations that are now open to the public. In this role, you will work closely with our service team to identify potential customers and create strategic outreach campaigns that will drive traffic to our service department through state of the art software.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and appointments through various outreach methods such as phone calls, email, and text.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our service operations to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to increase customer loyalty and retention
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers after their service appointment and addressing any concerns they may have
- Collaborate with our service team to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in our service department
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Google Sheet/Docs, Email, and CRM software
