What are we looking for at Thorsten?

We are looking for an eager, self-motivated, determined, results-driven, Account Manager who loves setting goals and shattering them.

Our Account Manager role oversees a portfolio of assigned retailers, develops new business from existing clients, and actively seeks new sales opportunities, which includes occasional travel to tradeshows and expos.

In this role, you will coordinate with cross-functional internal teams, which include the customer service, processing, and product development team, to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Account outreach for an extensive portfolio of clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
• Assisting with quarterly stock balances
• Upsell to existing/new clients
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Assist wholesale customer service team with basic support as needed
• Attending nationwide tradeshows and expos as needed
• Coordinating with order fulfillment and customer service teams to make sure retailers' inquiries are being addressed promptly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
