Universal is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Collector to our growing team! You will be able to establish and maintain meaningful relationships with our accounts.

A day in the life of an Accounts Receivable Collector with Universal can look like:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with our customers
  • Obtaining late or unpaid invoices from our customers
  • Researching trends in delinquency
  • Resolving billing discrepancies

What YOU bring to the table:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Motivated and comfortable handling conflict
  • Experience with Excel and MS Office
  • Prior office experience is a plus but not required
  • High school diploma required

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
