The Recruiter at our Container Connection facility is responsible for:
- Sourcing, phone screening, and hiring CDL A Truck Drivers, Broker Carriers, Yard Switchers, and Mechanics
- Ensuring all candidates meet local and federal eligibility requirements
- Building and managing partnerships with Broker Carriers
- Travelling as needed for job fairs and trade shows
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- A sense of urgency, motivation, and grit
- Customer service, sales, recruiting, or transportation/logistics experience is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required
- High school diploma is required. College degree preferred
