Hiring Dispatch/Clerk I for The Home Depot customer's residential appliance deliveries in Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas.
Job Duties:
Schedule is Monday – Saturday
Strong skills with email communication/Microsoft Excel required
· Generate reports and email to senior management
· Assemble route documentation for drivers
· Field driver calls for dispatch related issues
· Contact customers regarding deliveries and to discuss damage claim details
· Interact with driver teams at the direction of management for paperwork/processing
